The vinification initiates with a spontaneous fermentation developed in 80 Hl Slavonian oak casks only with indigenous yeast at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C. The malolactic fermentation starts in a natural way.
The aging process is made in French oak casks for about 9 months. The bottle aging lasts for at least 6 months.
- Ruby red with glints of garnet
- Red and black berry jam, complemented by notes of toasted and spicy nutmeg, white pepper.
- Incredibly, velvety soft with excellent acidity. The tannins are soft and elegant. Good body, with hints of cherries in brandy, tobacco and notes of vanilla.
- Ideal with antipasti and white meats, fresh and semi-aged cheeses.
