The Dievolino “Bianco” is composed of , Malvasia Bianca and Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand (mid of October ).

Ageing
In stainless steel barrels for about 10 months. The bottle ageing is for about 2 months.
Vinification
Pressing of the intact grapes, static settling at 10°and temperature controlled fermentation at 16° for 2 weeks in stainless steel barrels. The malo lactic fermentation only partially made.
Description
Colour: straw yellow.
Fragrance: flowers, fruity with apple aroma and peach.
Taste: vinous, high acidity and minerals.
Serving suggestion: fish, vegetables, pasta and appetizers. Good as aperitif.
Serving Temperature: 10 – 12°C .
Produced bottles: 12.000 (0,750 lt.)
Packaging: 6 bottles in cardboard cases.
