Vin Santo
Vinsanto del Chianti Classico doc 2004
Vin Santo is produced from a selection of our best grapes of Trebbiano Bianco, Malvasia Bianca and Santa colombana.
The grapes are manually harvested from our older vineyards such as Petrignano e Casanuova.

Six months in the bottle
Vinification
In January the must is put into 225 lt small barrels for about 4 years. The wine is not filtered in order to obtain the most natural Vin Santo.
Description
Colour: amber
Fragrance: intens, persistente and complex. Reminiscent of dried fruits, apple, nuts and honey.
Taste: sweet, complex and persistent.
Serving suggestions: dessert wine, suitable with "panna cotta", "pinolata" cake and dried biscuits.
Serving temperature: 14-16°C
Produced bottles: 3.000 bottles (0,5 lt)
Packaging: 6 bottles cardboard cases with 6 single boxes
