Ageing

Vinification
The grapes are cooled in steel tanks at 10° C for the first 24-48 hours in order to fix the perfumes, After that the fermentation process begins and takes around 10 days. Then the malolattic fermentation is induced and the wine is ready to be bottled already at the beginning of February
Description
Colour: deep red with blue reflex
Fragrance: fruity with matured red fruits like blackberry, strawberry and currant. Kind of mineral aromas, toasted bread and spices like sage
Taste: soft, warm, full bodied with balanced tannins.
Serving suggestion: Pinocchio is a fresh and fruity wine, easy drinking and perfekt also with easy food like sandwiches and hamburgers.
