IGT "Divertimento" 2008
The “Divertimento” is composed of a selection of Tuscan native grapes from different vineyards as Colorino, Canaiolo and Mammolo. The grapes have been harvested by hand in baskets.

Ageing
In stainless steel barrels for about 5 months. The bottle ageing is for about 3 months.
Vinification
The pre-maceration is made in stainless steel barrels for 3 days at 5°. The maceration continue at 25°. Draining off after 7 days. The malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously.
Description
Colour: ruby red.
Fragrance: fruity with red currant, cherry and strawberry aromas.
Taste: vinous, soft and young.
Serving suggestion: salami, ham, pasta, appetizers, and white meat. Also good as aperitif.
Serving Temperature: 14 – 16°C.
Produced bottles: 10.000 (1,500 lt.)
Packaging: 6 bottles in cardboard cases; every single bottle in its own gift box.
